What do you do?

We are specialists in clearing houses throughout the North West of England. We undertake all kinds of clearances, we clear house, flats, estates, sheds and garages.

Can I post keys to you as I don’t live near the property?

Absolutely, we can arrange for you to post keys to our office or we can collect keys from an estate agent, solicitor or neighbour. We’ll email you photos of the property and return the keys.

Do I need to do anything?

No nothing at all. You can walk out of the property and leave everything where it is and we’ll take it from there. When you walk back in the property will be empty and ready to go.

What happens to everything?

Everything we clear is recycled one way or another. We work with local charities and food banks and anything that can’t be re-used is taken to a trade recycling plant with a 100% landfill diversion rate.

Do you have a waste carriers licence?

Yes, we’re fully licensed with the Environment Agency licence no. CBDU351841

Can you clear a hoarders house?

Yes, we have years of experience in clearing heavily cluttered houses and we have the experience, equipment and manpower to get the toughest job done.
